The Abandoned Lighthouse - Reprise

There was a photograph. It told me a story. I tell it to you.

The Abandoned Lighthouse

The end of all things
Consists of one long shallow
Stair to a closed door
In the abandoned lighthouse
On the rocky crag above
A frozen dead sea,
The wind at my back as I
Stare resigned to fate.

  1. Dark light. This one is grim, I like it. I've always had a fasination for abandoned places.

  2. I do go many places. This is the last one, or so the story goes.

The chicken crossed the road. That's poultry in motion.
