It's Better Now
It's not like it was.
Look at the lines we can see
and sense the others
with your hidden ways.
Emptiness calls to us in
the odd growing light
and the shock of cold
green salt waves, life's somnolence.
But it's not like then,
like the beginning,
all flame and noxious gassy
hits, impacts and shards.

wow... awesomeness...
A certain spiritualness to this...I sense creation...
ReplyDeleteNicely brought to life!
ReplyDeleteI sense the emptiness and depth in your skilful writing.
ReplyDeleteLike the sea itself, there is more to your words than is immediately apparent.
ReplyDeleteThis is a great posting I have read. I like your article. Thank you
ReplyDeleteI do so love your words Christopher, and you are right - it is better now...but mankind seems intent on messing up this wonderful world of ours - so is it just for now...
ReplyDelete(Second attempt at leaving a comment - server probs apparently - but did notice (while waiting): The chicken crossed the road. That's poultry in motion. Excellent!)
