We just brush ...Symphony of presence...I like this. We just brush each others lives sometimes, linger long with others. Each contact is a destiny of sorts...an addition to me, a subtraction of me, until one day I am exactly the sum of all that contact. What will I look like then? I wait, rather impatiently.Wine and Wordshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06778785233226804217noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2377252801421681569.post-76130351635021608632010-11-29T08:20:31.226-08:002010-11-29T08:20:31.226-08:00Erin, I am mostly just playing on the shape shifti...Erin, I am mostly just playing on the shape shifting thing, though I want shape shifting to be real and suspect it is under the right conditions. And yes, it does pertain to souls. And yes, some people I know seem to shift under certain conditions and it is spooky to see. The thing I have said pertains to magic generally. Magic is "white" not "black". Once mastered, magic can turn "black" should a master decide it's worth the risk to gain the power personally to selfish ends.

Lillith, welcomechristopherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04201537517464996231noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2377252801421681569.post-4372441539816811842010-11-29T05:43:48.707-08:002010-11-29T05:43:48.707-08:00Erin sent me here.
I love the quotes and the poem...Erin sent me here.

I love the quotes and the poem, not sure how I feel about the shape shifting. I'm thinking I'll be doing some reading today.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2377252801421681569.post-78207709324597091482010-11-29T05:12:34.332-08:002010-11-29T05:12:34.332-08:00Is it shape shifting of the soul, you refer to?
...Is it shape shifting of the soul, you refer to?

Maliciously (sorry - recent events) I thought about applying this to someone I know, who has the ability, OH GREAT PENDULUM SWEEP! - to shift from loving, to what sure passes for evil in my books. And I consider free will. Then I quickly take this to myself and think, my pendulum shifted in my shapeshifting soul, and I am not so sure of the free will of it. My actions, yes, but in my soul, I am not so sure. And then back I go to a conversation last night, in which I defended that same evilish person with, it is honestly who she is, how she feels in reference to the world. It is authentic for her.

And so I end up with this - loosely - as I'm not sure what I believe, but am just working through this - that perhaps the soul is not chosen with free will and yet our actions are? Is that possible? Whoa! I've never for a moment truly considered this as a universal truth. Could it be?

And yet our actions groom our soul. Do they?

I like to think of us reduced to ants and walking by one another, on and on with our work. Here we are.

xo
erinWoman in a Windowhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14747858840088922077noreply@blogger.com
